find ways to green their current home, to make their homes safer,  

help  to  save  money  in  utilities  as  well  as  helping  save  our  

resources.  Eco‐Brokers  help  you  highlight  

energy‐efficient landscaping in your property. 

I use a great lender. The  

benefit to you is, we can avoid being tied up in escrow, due to a  

buyer who is not really qualified to purchase. Since I can help you with a lender, 

 he can use his expertise to inform us that we have a deal or not by a quick review. 
When we submit an offer, rest assured it is more likely than not going to be accepted, due to 

the fact that our Broker is a lender. If escrow needs to close  

fast, he can usually get a deal funded in less than two weeks. 

 Our company has been highly respected in the community by  

offering professional services to all of our customers. We are a  

high  producing  real  estate  company,  that  believes  in  giving  

back as well. Our company does local food drives and donates a  

portion of our commissions to churches or charity’s of your  

choice, on your behalf. We also have an ocean clean‐up project  

underway which will help our marine life.
